Overview
Heritage Real Estate Services, LLC was founded in 2006 with the goal of becoming a full service real estate company able to address all the needs of our growing client base. In 2008, we continued the expansion of our service offerings by establishing our property management division. We now provide comprehensive property management services including Leasing/Tenant Services, Administrative Services, Financial Management, and Property Maintenance. While we will continue to improve the breadth of our company with new service offerings, we remain committed to our core founding principles of integrity, hard work, and unparalleled client service.
Leasing/Tenant Services
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure 100% occupancy rate
- Identify and retain quality tenants
- Act as primary liaison between tenant and landlord
Administrative Services
- Process and review all rental applications
- Prepare contracts including Lease Agreements and Property Management Agreements
- Maintain tenant database
Financial Management
- Coordinate rent collection and distribution
- Maintain database of all property maintenance expenses
- Coordinate payments to contractors and retain copies of all invoices
Property Maintenance
- 24-hour emergency coverage including electrical and plumbing services
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Procurement of all contractors
- Rental renovations including painting and carpentry work
- Safety inspections of fire and carbon monoxide systems
- Debris Removal
- Locksmith services
- Pest control
